Please accept the other side of this story: It appears Steve has nothing better to do then to spread his evil, unhappy life with the world. He must be one of those ONLY about me People. We have a policy, very clearly displayed at our office, on line, in all our advertisements, and told to everyone who schedules the summer specials. First off, he was not factual in his account, which this mean and angry soul wouldn't tell the true facts. He called in to make an appointment; we asked if he had a gift card. He said NO. That would be where we tell him about our summer special policy and that we are not accepting previously purchased gift cards. But instead of letting us do the right thing by informing him of our policy, he chose to forget the fact he was using a gift card. Nowhere at Today's Touch do we hide the truth. We have no reason to do so. Since it is our 16th year in business, I decided to offer to the public a fantastic special. Where else can you get a great massage for that price of $40. We just made a stipulation. OUR RIGHT! Steve comes in and as we only are aware, he chose to have the $40 summer special. We do the service, by which he states was aweful, but yet he leaves the therapist a $10 tip. Now he shows the gift card. She explains the policy 3 times. He is a deer in headlights. He doesn't understand. This type of person never would. ALL about ME! The Entitlement generation. He was told he could either use the gift card for the 1 hour $60 massage for Christmas he got, or he could use it later (5 years expiration) and pay for the special which only last until the end of August. He chose to use the gift card. We gave him choices. Was not mean, disrespectful, otherwise. What's wrong with this picture? He wanted me to work a deal with him after he trashes our company on facebook and now everywhere else.He never asked for me or called me to air his disappointment. The new age: Do it cowardly on facebook and all other computer sites. I've found over the years that only negative people go to these sites. It's their therapy. Cheaper than a Psychiatrist. People who read these negative listings share one thing in common: Nothing better to do than drown in misery and despair. One bad apple after all the great feedback over the years. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! I had a massage on 8/13/2012. I was displeased with the service and policies over gift card usage at the spa, so I posted my experience on Facebook. The owner of the business then called me on 8/17/2012. I thought okay, he’s calling to fix the situation, right? NO, that was NOT the case. The owner called me to tell me that I was WRONG, I was a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER and asked me IF I COULD READ!!!! Are you freaking kidding me???? What kind of customer service is that? How do expect to keep customers coming back when you treat customers like that? Today’s Touch has lost my business and the business of all my family and friends. I will not be treated like that and I will make sure that I inform everyone else that I can of how the owner of this business treats his customers. The owner’s actions and comments were completely unacceptable!!!
