ugly turned beautiful.. Cutting Line is the sweetest Salon I have ever encountered. I had called them on May 8th 2012 to have them fix my hair. JC Penny had cut it all wrong!!!! Bianca had not been her self that day and she did not do a good job. I was upset.…
