wish I had read reviews first. I feel compelled to write this review because of how horrible the customer service is in this location. I came here for an exam a month before my wedding to get contacts & glasses. They take my insurance. The eye exam was good, no better or worse than other eye doctors I have been to. The two nurses were extremely nice & helpful. They mailed the contacts right to my house for free! The eyeglass part was a disaster. There was one person working at 5;15pm on a Wednesday night! I looked at glasses, found a few I liked. I was unsure what my insurance covered, but the lady basically told me she could not give me one ounce of help until she finished with the three customers ahead of me. It was more of a scolding than an apology. So I wait&wait&wait. More people come in! I sit on a bench with another customer who tells me he wants to pick up his glasses that he ordered six weeks ago! He is really getting mad. Now I have been here for almost 3 hours. I really need to get this done today. I leave to get some food. I come back about 40 mins later and am happy to see there is another lady helping! But there are more people in the store and these salespeople are in their 50's slow and chatty, so I still wait. Finally I get to order. This woman told me all about these special upgrades I needed. I told her I just wear them 2 hours a night,but she was so pushy. This was hard core sales. As I denied options, she got meaner and meaner. Since I did no expensive upgrades it will take 10-14 business days. I guess one hour glasses are only the most expensive ones! It was uncomfortable,expnsive anyway and I will never ever go back.

This may be the worst service that I have ever seen. I just want to get a pair of glasses. I got an exam for contacts here a few months ago and the two ladies were so helpful and nice. I went to the front desk to get my prescription but no one helped me. I waited awhile and went to the other a desk. I told him I wanted my prescription and the guy tried to talk me into the doctor checking my eyes again. It wasnt even a year yet. But he did give me the copy. It took me about 15 mins to find some glasses but then I had to wait over a half hour to order. The guy who claims to be the manager --- if we was his boss should have never hired him because his grammer was horrible, his demeanor was horrible and his sales technique was hardcore-- told me all about these wonderful lenses they have and this great protection plan and blah blah blah. Then he hits me with the bill $563.88 and they have to special order them it will take 10 days and I have to pay now. I declined. Then he starts throwing out numbers at me "$50 off" or "20% off" and then free loaner glasses.
He then wants me to sign up for some line of credit. Are you nuts? I'm not giving out my financial info to him. I did not buy glasses. I suggest you steer clear. As I am online here now I found like six places I can go and it is sure to be better. It really cannot be worse than here. I wish I would read other reviews before I went there. Live & learn.
