Have used them professionally for years and not one of my customers I have ever sent to them has ever had a single problem! Including myself, as I broke my windshield and they came out to replace it. If your glass needs fixing, DEFINITELY save yourself time and aggravation, and call them first!
Great Service. It's bad enough when you have great insurance (USAA) that doesn't have a glass policy in place for this state...but the cost of replacing a window is a burden. Cuyahoga actually found me the very best deal they could, booked me for the following day, then called me back to let me know that they had found an even lower price. Great Service!!!
WORST AUTO GLASS COMPANY EVER!. HORRIBLE COMPANY! I used them to replace a broken rear window on my toyota, they came and installed the back window ($400) but installed it wrong leading to a massive leak into my trunk when it rains. Everything in my trunk was ruined and the defroster stopped working. They came back and reinstalled the same glass but the defroster still didnt work, after asking them what the would do about it they said they will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it and the damages I suffered were not do to their clearly grossly negligent installer. When I asked to have their boss call me they danced around it and now I'm left with a rear window without defrost and over $500 in damages. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I figured alot of folks are getting their windshields repaired before the heavy snow sets in and need them to be aware of this shady company! I hired this co. to replace my car windshield. They did, however left my car with significant damage. He did not notify me of the damage he had done. He took my money and thought I wouldn't notice! I placed a stop on the check and contacted their customer service with the issue. A co. rep came out to assess the damage and apologized for the damages done and the way things were handled. He agreed to replace the parts on my car and understood why I had placed a stop on the check. He said he would order parts and get my car fixed ASAP. Needless to say, my car is STILL not fixed and they just cashed my check I placed a stop on!!! I have called their customer service and all I'm told is Jimmy is in Mexico and no one can help me! I thought by sharing my story I could save some fellow Ohioans time and money!

I used this service back in 2007 for my Mitsubishi Eclipse and it was great that they came to my work. Didn't take long for the installer to replace the front windshield.
Just used them on 07/15/2010 and the same GREAT service! You don't a ton of money I think because there is no extended warranty like the other higher priced competitors.
One thing though, be patient when you make an appointment. Do it when you have nothing to do OR so that they can come to your work. This is just so your not just sitting around getting anxious.
Glad I didnt have to pay a ton of money for my replacement!
