There isn't a single Mexican or Latino person working in the whole restaruant. Food was bland. I would rather go to taco bell. There salsa is runny and tastes cheap. I will never go to mad cactus again nor will I reccommend it to anyone. Oh yeah, thier large pitcher margarita is $25! To expensive in my opinion.

Great place for some good mexican food and entertainment in their Cantina. They usually have bands there on Friday nights that play a wide variety of music. They also have karaoke on Tuesdays and Sundays. Their Fahitas are killer along with their home made salsa. The Rita's are decent, but I can honestly say that I have had better. But over all, a great dining experience.

Mad Cactus is a casual and laid back place. The service can be spotty at times, depending upon how busy they are - but this place never fails to please. I have taken friends and family here on several occasions and all have wanted to go back. The chips and salsa are a great start and there's a decent sized menu to sift through. The enchiladas and burritos are great - ask for them chipolte style - and my absolute favorite are the fish tacos!!!
