ONE OF THE VERY FEW OF THE BEST EVER. TONY SHEIBAN JEWELERS, You can say that name in many states and they know him. I can tell you this from both a professional and personal status. When we went to look for my engagement ring...We only went to one place. ONE time. I am EXTREMELY precise with what I want in jewelry. I knew if it was not exactly what was preferred in ANY way, it would be done perfect at Sheiban's. I picked out the diamond which is not small and my fiance found the setting. I had two of the side diamonds changed out into Canary Diamonds (if I liked it when finished) but Mr. Sheiban was able to get me two rare cognacs for either side, the originals from one mine only in Australia and surprised me. I cried. I have dealt with diamonds off and on for over 20 years and here I am with tears because I KNOW what this man went through to make the ring everything I said. He listens to things you say and like. He can design anything and also carries lines that only certain jewelers have the privilege to sell by the designers. His prices are not your "sale" prices. They are the price that is very fair to both customer and seller. He will ALWAYS back his works of art and is very proud of each piece. This is the kind of jeweler you want to have for the rest of your life. You become family and they all truly care about everything that they sell or it would not be in the store. There is never any pressure and you are welcome any time. Expertise with quality. I will start from the beginning. I am originally from Brunswick, OH. I met my girlfriend, now wife, while attending the University of Toledo. After five years and graduation I started looking around the area for engagement rings. There are plenty of jewelers in the Toledo area but all the sales people were pushy and impersonal. When I was visiting family over Thanksgiving I was at South Park Mall and decided to check out the jewelers. They were all the same chain stores with pushy sales people just like Toledo. As I was on my way out I was on the escalator and saw Sheiban Jewelers. I stopped in expecting more of the same pushy, sales driven scumbags I found in every other place I had walked into. I couldn't have been more wrong.

It was that day I met Chris Sheiban one of the owners. He showed me some engagement rings and when I said I wasn't ready yet he didn't push the sale on me. Instead, he told me more about the companies history. He told me how his father started the company more than 30 years ago, how they treated their customers with respect, and how when the time was right he would be there willing to help me.

I walked out of their mall store in shock. I felt like I had just been in some sort of jeweler time warp. Did he really let me leave with out pushing the sale??? Before I left Chris did mention to me that I should visit their main store for a greater selection when I was ready. A few months later I went to the main store and bought the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever seen.

These guys are the real deal. Chris and his brother are certified Gemologists and his father is the most respectable person I have ever met. They made my entire experience seamless and effortless. Without a doubt the best jewelers in Northern Ohio.…
