I called inquiring about my bridal party... to see if they were available for my wedding day and to inquire about several services that we would want. After speaking with them and learning that they were pretty pricey, I decided to go elsewhere with my party. To my surprise, the day before my wedding they call and "remind" me of the appointment we had the next day. I had never made the appointment!!! They said that because I did not call and cancel the appointment that I never knew existed within 48 hours, that I would be responsible for the full amount and proceeded to charge me nearly $700! This is BAD business... I had never even set foot in the salon. If it was a minor cancellation fee, I would have even shrugged it off because it wasn't worth worrying about on my wedding day, but $700 for providing me nothing?! Shame on them!!!

My hair is difficult to cut and style. It is neither straight or curly. I started going to Chuck at Charles Anthony Salon seven years ago and no one has cut my hair since. He gives me very flattering cuts that are easy to style. I'm always being asked who does my hair. I highly recommend this salon for haircuts and highlighting!!!!!!!
Pros: Closse to home. Great cuts. Great service. Nice personnel.
