DO NOT GO HERE!. On Friday, March 30th I went to Joseph's Hair Salon to have a full hair highlight and cut done performed by Sara.

1.) The hair highlight did not get to my roots. I have a good half inch of roots showing.

2.) The color turned out nothing like the picture I showed Sara and the explicit explanation that I wanted more blonde then brown when she asked again.

3.) The hair cut did not get my split ends as I requested. I specifically said that I wanted as much cut off as needed to remove all my split ends.

4.) I had to send two emails before the owner called me.

5.) I received one phone call back from the owner at 9:15pm at night. I did not appreciate being called after 9, and I thought that is normally a common curtsey to not call someone after 9 pm.

6.) When I called the owner back on Friday, April 6th at 11:15 am, which was a time she said she would be available, Sara picked up, put me on hold and I waited over 10 minutes, to which no one offered to take a message or check to see if I was being taken care of.

7.) I called again Saturday April 7th, and left a message and still have not heard back from from the owner.

8.) I sent a follow up email requesting a phone call to the owner on Saturday April 7th saying I would escalate the issues if they were not addressed/resolved. I have reached out to the owner six times in an attempt to get a hold of her and discuss the situation. The owner has only made one attempt to contact me after 9:00 pm at night.

Client for 10 years. I have been getting my hair cut and colored at Joseph's for about 10 years. I have had nearly all the stylists work on me, but I always end up going back to Delores. Though the decor isn't as fancy a some salons in Strongsville, it's comfortable. Most other salons charge higher prices for the same services. The only con is Delores is very busy on Saturdays and will often work on more than one client at a time. Making an appointment on a weekday or evening is a better choice.

Best Salon EVER!!!. I have been going to Joseph's for over 5 years now. I have to disagree with the other review on the eyelash extensions. I had the eyelash extensions put on for my wedding and they were WONDERFUL and so natural looking no one could tell they were fake!! The girl who put on my eyelashes was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I also had my hair done at Joseph's for my wedding by Dolores, the owner, which was GORGEOUS! She even came in two hours early before the salon opened to do my hair since I was getting married early around 10:00 and needed to be home by 8:00 to get ready for the day. My wedding pictures look great, especially the close-ups. I LOVE going to Josephs because all the staff is so friendly and they make you feel right at home. Normally, I have Maria do my haircuts and Kali do my colors and pedicures, who both do an AWESOME Job!! The prices are so reasonable for the quality of work received. If I were you, I would not go anywhere else because Joseph's is the Best Salon EVER!! Plus, they just remodeled the strongsville salon and it looks so Modern! Josephs Hair Salon has everything you need in one place...hair, nails, tanning, extensions, and so much more in quality service.

Get Stefanie for your color. Great girl for color. Stefanie takes her time and does a superb job. I have gotten so many compliments on my color. I also had her do my up do for my wedding...... wow was all I could say. She made me feel absolutely beautiful. I never heard so many wonderful comments about my hair as I did on that day. I warn you though.........don't get the fake eyelash extensions. The girl who does them was rude and they looked horrible. I had them removed the very next day by the owner herself and she gave me my money back. Very nice owner.... nice girls in general. I will keep comming for sure.
