95% gas furnace vent from PVC through chimney flue.
They have installed a Trane 95% gas furnace. The exhaust PVC pipe and the intake PVC pipe have been installed in 1 of the 3 chimney flues which gives the best solution for the exhaust air and reduce the pipes in the basement. In addition, they have installed a chimney linear for my existing gas water heater in the another chimney flue.
They have installed an extra ground wire from the furnace to the electric panel. However, the city inspector wants it to be removed. Not sure the reason.
