Deal Breaker

The Gardens at Westlake has it all. I am amazed that there is a senior living community like it. The prices at the Gardens at Westlake aren’t bad at all. While looking they offered us a loft for $2375 a month not to mention that monthly rent includes everything. Plus if you catch them at the right time they run some pretty spectacular specials. I just recently received their flyer about their summer specials and I would not want to pass them up. I am currently working with them in the hopes of moving my mom in after rehab. They are so accommodating and always there. I just recently toured and there were so many activities up there it really showed the atmosphere of the place. I have no doubts that the Gardens would add to my mom’s quality of life.

Come See For Yourself!

A prior review stated that this company is unstable. In truth this facility has been unstable, but its new ownership company has made a "course correction" to change that perception. $3,000,000.00 in rennovations are underway at The Gardens and it is just the beginning! I do not think a company would put that kind of money into it and not want to see improvement over the long haul. They did make some management changes (not all), and did so because the new company wanted to see an improvement on how things were run.

I attended a holiday gala in December and was blown away by the service, food, hospitality and wonderful time. I've been back since and they continue to amaze! The Gardens has a great group of people working there and the work is being done. All the residents I talked to there are quite happy and excited with the new life this company has brought. I guess you need to come see for yourself, it is more than you know!

Not stable

This is a unstable community. It has been sold 4 times in 3 years. They tell people that move in that they are going to renovate and it has never happened. The latest owner just went in a fired everyone of there management staff but the inside sales person. Makes you wonder who he sold out!!!!!!!! I also understand that they are moving Assisted Living residents into the building knowing that they are going to be Independant Living only. What kind of scam are they running in that building. Wehre are they going to move to when they decide to kick them out?
