Grab your appetite and head to this restaurant, where the friendly wait staff will serve up portions of Colosseum-esque proportions, like spaghetti and meatballs loaded with savory tomato sauce and lots of pungent garlic. Great service! The staff is amazing. What a great place to dine! We go there frequently and sit in the bar. The bartenders are awesome! The food is great! Having been to Itlay, I have to say that the food is really close! The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is incredible, with the pictures and the music. You can really tell that they are trying to represent a culture. Walking in the door is like stepping through time, and the music helps all your cares drift away. I was also there for a good friend's rehersal dinner, and the service was outstanding! They had a huge menu and the price was very reasonable. They are also good at fessing up if they should happen to make a mistake. It doesn't seem to happen often, but when it does I have witnesses the manager actually apologize and really take care of the guest. You don't see this anywhere now a days, when running a place is more about money than the people. That is not the case here, they know that it is the guests that matter!

Best kept pizza secret in town!. Best kept secrect for pizza in town! I have been going for years and its great there or for take home. Now they even bring it to your car, and I don't have to unload the kids! Alone? go for a small pizza and sit at the bar Susie or Melissa will make you feel right at home! Small pizza glass of vino perfect!

horrible. BAD service in Westlake, dont go with a big group, dont go for the food or anything else, save your money, go to Santos in Middleburg Hts,management rude, and waitresses, food was bad also

It was fun!. Take it for what it is! The food was good - the decor was different - It is a chain - but its a fun place to eat. We were seated right away - after the tour thorugh the kitchen - which was neat. My Itailian Boy Friend Like it and that is a feet in its self for any place!

Pitiful. This is pitiful to vote this totally non-Italian restaurant as the best one in Clevewland. The food here is horrible. It is a fun restaurant...but hte food leaves much to be desired. i have never had such rotten Italian food in my life.

buca di crappo. i think buca di bepo is by far the worst restaurant i have ever dined in. it is excessively noisy and who wants to walk through the kitchen anywhere. hey i have a pary of 8 so lets sell entrees with 7 items. what culinary geniuses these people must be. also the pricing is utterly repulsive for the quality of cuisine and the price of a pitcher of beer is $12 what the hell are they thinking

Quantity, NOT Quality. The atmosphere here is good for big, loud groups, but it's unpleasant for a small group. The decorations are horribly tacky. The food is edible, but it's not very flavorful and is seemingly (as an earlier rating points out) mass produced. If quantity is the only thing you care about, this is the place for you!

Marginal X 2. Varries between sites. Marginal at best. Food is grand in appearance but is salty. One bad and one marginal experience is enough for me.

fun fun fun. the decor in the resturant is wonderful... the food is served family style... and the waitresses are fantastic!
