Dining With Panos

Unethical. The food at this restaurant was pretty good. We ordered a combination that was not available on the menu and were assured by our waitress that it would not be the same price as the full combo. When we got our bill we found that we had been charged for the complete combo. Essentially they had charged us for 5 items that we did not order and 2 that we did. We asked the waitress about it but she said it was the manager so we asked the manager and she started quoting us prices for individual items that were nowhere on the menu and that the other waitresses said that they had never heard. They would not compromise and were rude. The dollar amount was low but it was principle of the situation. The waitress had misrepresented the prices and the management was no better. We left feeling like we had been cheated. We will not go back ever!…
