Very happy here. New management really cares and takes care of everything pretty much same day. Great place to live. I would recommend.

Don't rent here - it's falling apart. We finally got rid of the old "property manager" who never did anything (but drive the qualified staff away). Well, actually she did a lot of partying and noise making. It was tough to complain about the noise when she was one making it. The new staff is friendlier, but the property is falling apart. Common halls are never cleaned, street has many potholes, pool opened 1-1/2 months late, street lights are out, and many more concerns.

Currently, Renting at Barrington - Pet Friendly!. So far, so good.

Management seems very accomodating and professional. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism when negotiating and signing my lease.

Barrington is a great place for dog lovers. I have a lab and it was difficult finding an apartment that would accept him. Barrington management seems very reasonable and does not punish you for owning a dog.

Short-term leases available.

Looking forward to a nice winter at Barrington.

Never again. I am not sure what goes on around here, but I moved out of this property. All I heard were horror stories about the mgr. here. I personally had no bad experience with her, but when so many people, including maint. guys, talk bad about her, there is a problem. Fixtures were broke all the time. She allowed kids to swim in pool(underage). She would kick some out, but let others stay and swim. Unfair if you ask me. I heard she has dated several guys in this complex. I personally have seen her party on other peoples patios and act unprofessional! Please do not waste your money on renting here.

Beware of manager. I have had nothing but aggrevation since we moved in here. We have not been here very long, and have already seen the manager drunk on property! She always seems to have the day off, and if you have a problem, the other girl in the office has to leave a message for the manager, who for whatever reason, never returns a call. I agree with the other poster on this sight.

Awful Mgmt. Avoid wasting your money. I have lived a barrington place for quite awhile, and all I have to say is that the mgr. here is awful. She is nice to your face, then turns and talks about you behind your back. She has had a few relationships with other residences here(unprofessional). She lacks the experience to do the right job for this property. Even her own staff talks about her when she is not around. I have not met one person, including her staff, who is unhappy with her. Good luck catching her at work. She is always leaving for one thing or another. She hardly ever returns phone calls if you leave a message.
