Could this be Heaven. I have never been treated with as much care as I was at Bella Capelli! They catered to all my needs. I was recommended to Maggi. She REALLY listens.

Horrible Spa Facials!. I always hear people talking about Bella Capelli...not really good or bad things, just talking about how big and pretty it is. So I decided to try a facial since I'm in an wedding in the next few weeks and my skin could use a pick me up. This was a horrible decision! Especially right before I was going to be photographed (in 3 weeks). The facial started out ok, the room smelled good and the bed was comfy, my tech was nice...But she didn't ask me any questions about my skin (which is very oily) and just started going to town with products. Usually during the facial I can feel how clean my skin is getting and I love how the exfoliant tingles...but not this time! It felt like numerous oils were just being rubbed around and no exfoliant was used. I got A LOT of neck and shoulder massage, which is nice, but I was there for a facial for a reason. The steamer was on the whole time, the bed had a heating pad, and hot towels were left on my neck. Soon I got really hot and uncomfortable which could definitely not have been a good thing for the facial cleansing. The facial ended and I was given water and a card with what products were used on me. She used all super moisturizing lotions, a cream exfoliant and a moisture mask! Are you kidding me? I need skin purifying and oil control! Needless to say my face broke out and now I had a new set of problems before the wedding. Never go there for skincare!!! Bella Capelli is horrible.

I love Bella Capelli!!!!. I have been a customer for many years. The services I have used include color, cut and finish, facials, and massage. I find the facility to be beautiful and relaxing, the atmosphere friendly, and the staff warm, welcoming and highly skilled.

The new prices are a bit high but not out of line with other spas.

Not the best cuts.... I have gone to Bella Capelli several times, and I really tried to like it. THe place is very clean and though I heard mixed reviews about them, I decided to try it. HEre is what I found...The staff is ok, the atmosphere (new location) isn't very impressive, and the services are too expensive for what it is. My haircut wasn't very good and I had to go somewhere to have it fixed. I will not return to Bella Capelli again.

A Place that feels like home.. I am new to the area and I was looking for a new salon. I came across Bella capelli and I have never felt more relaxed and at home. The stylist I worked with was Nicole Gilsdorf and I felt comfortable enough to trust her to make me over. I left the salon feeling and looking like a new person. Everyday someone is surprised with the new me, I have never felt and looked better.
