Worst facial. I came to relax with a facial, instead I left with a headache and a rash all over my face. They have know idea how to relax a customer or know how to do a facial the girl was right out of school.
Worst facial. I came to get a facial, I waited for ever the staff is rude. I will never go back again. It just was not relaxing at all
J. Rene is hot.. I love the hair stylist, J. Rene S., she is the best. I miss her and the attention she pays to the details. She's a keeper. Miss you, Shmoop.
CSW Rocks. Charles Scott Salons and Spa both Westlake and Rocky River are excellent! I am a client at both locations. They are educated and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend getting a massage with Erika @ Westlake! And if you don't mind the waiting list, Tina @ Westlake is highly recommended for hair color. Afterall she was voted 2005 Top hair designer in Cleveland magazine and Fox top 10!!! Try it out! U won't be disappointed.…
Where I get glamourous.... I have been a happy client of charles scott west for 7 years now. They offer great services for hair, nails, skin and massage. I have always been happy with my services and experience there.
