Valet service was exceptional. I had valet service which is a real necessity based on the number of hours I am required to be at work! The valet service was exceptional.

Treated me with respect. Treated me with respect and in a professional manner. My service rep even parked the loaner car in front of the dealer show room where I was speaking to a sales rep instead of service area which I had just left!

I had an outstanding buying experience. Matt did an outstanding job in the sales process. I have previously owned Nissan/Infiniti cars, so I knew what I was looking for. I met Matt in the showroom about 6 months prior to my purchase. When I was ready to buy the G-37 I contacted Matt. He is very professional, mature beyond his years, and a real asset to Infiniti of Bedford. Overall, I had an outstanding buying experience.

No "hard sell" tactics. Pat was very professional and responsive to my questions during the sales process. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere with no "hard sell" tactics.
