DEALER FRAUD. Stay away from Ganley, they act like your best friend until you sign the papers, then they just ignore you. Jeremy Eisenberg thier assistant general manager is very unprofessional. I called multiple times a week for months and wrote letters. He did call me back 1 time just to tell me he will call me back again. I bought an 08 Evolution from them with a factory warranty and after 3 months of owning the car the motor blew up and left me with a 10-15,000$ bill for a new engine plus the 25k i dished out for the car. The dealership neglected to inform me there was aftermarket parts on the car when I purchased the vehicle. I recently heard similar stories from other customers having the same issues. The Service Director Pete Spacagna is a terrible individual and is very unprofessional. I hired a lawyer to take on Ganley and have also contacted others to file the lawsuit with me. When Pete Spacagna heard I was doing that he just replied, "I've already talked to our lawyers and you don't have a case!" Amazing that such a large dealer could stay in business with such bad customer service, they think that since they are a big dealer 1 customer doesn't mean anything, I am determined to get my car fixed MR. Michael Friedman!! STAY AWAY!!!!
