I've been to the salon several times - stylist conversation was usually unprofessional and haircuts were less than desired. However massages are amazing. Unfortunately my latest episode with the salon will forever be a deterent. I called on a Weds afternoon to schedule a Friday appointment (intending on using a gift certificate purchased at Christmas). I had to cancel Thursday evening. Since I didn't cancel 72 hours in advance - mind that the appointment wasn't even scheduled that far ahead - the salon is removing $50 service charge from my certificate. I have reported them to the BBB as well, but needed to share this unfortunate experience.

THE BEST MASSAGE EVER!. I had the best massage ever today at Antoine's! The entire staff was professiona, detail oriented and made me feel very comfortable. Tiffany was my massage therapist and she was FANTASTIC! I recommend this salon and spa to EVERYONE I know!!!!

sad place. This salon is a waste of time and money. Best Cuts provides better service and skill! Not kidding. Unprofessional and tacky environment provided by the stylists in their poor choice of conversational topics and language. I would have easily overlooked anything if the service was half decent but the gaudiness matched the performance/skill level. If only I knew this before instead of wasting my time. The salon is very pretty and located in a nice area, its very decieving as to whats on the inside! It really should go out of business!

A Time To Remember. I had recieved a gift certificate for xmas. When making my appointment I needed the services done on time for a prior meeting. The girl over the phone had arranged multiple girls to do the items so that when I had them done not only was I on time, but had time to spare. They had called to remind me of my appointment which I had forgot about. I am glad that I did not listen to "Still On Hold", it might be someone like me being pushy. I would have missed out on a great time, and will be back soon.

Still On Hold. I have been trying to schedule an appointment all day...they answer the phone and immediatly place you on hold. I do not mind holding but not for more than 3-5 minutes. I have placed 5 calls TODAY to schedule an appointment (because of a friends referral) the latest hold time was 8 minutes and 37 seconds...I do have a job to do I cannot be on hold all day. After all of that I still do not have an appointment!!!! AARRRGGGHH!

User review by missycoo68. I had a wonderful experience at Antoine's, from the moment I walked in until I left 3 hrs later. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and the services were the best I have ever had. The prices very reasonable. I have paid twice as much at other places, and have never been this satisfied. The decor is beautiful and the place is so clean! I highly reccomend this salon/spa to anyone!

worst hair cut. Worst hair cut I have ever received. I just mentioned to keep the same haircut... just 2 inches shorter. The lady didn't keep the same hair cut at all. My layers are now ridiculous and I don't have an even length. The front of my hair is longer than the back! When styling with a flat iron, it just seemed like she didnt even know how to use the iron. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND GOING TO THIS SALON. I'm not even going back for them to repair my disaterous haircut because I'm afraid what else they are going to mess up.
