Regulars!. My husband and I eat at Bianca's most every Saturday. We went there first because it was close to home, we keep going back for the delicious food and the relaxed at home atmosphere. Everyone there treats us like old friends. I have recommended Bianca's to many friends and family and haven't been disappointed.  Try it!!! You will enjoy every bite!!!

Why Have I Been Waiting So Long????. Upon numerous suggestions I finally made it into Bianca's. I was warmly greeted by my server who made me feel at home. I ordered the chicken and broccoli fettucini. The server warned me about the portion size, and was she right. I had lunch and dinner for the next couple of days. The sauce was thick and rich. Also the bread was outstanding. This is now my "spot" for great food and good family fun. why had I waited so long?

Good Food, but Bad Service. Food was good, but overpriced. Beer is also overpriced. Would rather go to Olive Garden and get same quality meal for cheaper. What I really disliked about this restaurant, though, was the service; I disliked it so much I would never return. It took our waitress several minutes to come to us after being seated and ask us what we wanted to drink. And even though the restaurant was just about dead on a Saturday evening, it took such a LONG time to get our food that we even considered leaving. After ordering our meals, the waitress came back about 20 minutes later to ask what sauce I wanted with my pasta. So that means 20 minutes after ordering, the chefs still had not started making my dish. About 35-40 minutes after that our food finally came out... with the 3 slices of bread (they really should have included more) that they should have served when they brought us our drinks, not our meal! After waiting about 15-20 minutes after eating for the waitress to show up with our check, I had to go find someone and ask them myself for it. I thought that was pretty embarrassing on their part. And you would think a check print out would take a few seconds.. well I stood there for maybe 4-5 minutes and waited before they finally handed it to me. I wasn't going to go sit back down because I had a feeling I'd have to wait another 20 minutes for it if I did. It really should not take that long, especially since the waitresses were standing around, doing nothing but talking to each other anyway. The waitress, however, did arrive quickly and actually showed her face for once when she brought back our credit card and the receipt to write down the tip... hmmmmm wonder why...

So overall the food was good but overpriced. The service, however, was just downright bad. I would not go back.

Horrible service. If you l,ike dirty places you will love it here..they smoke at the bar when its illegal..you can smell it....The owner is a major nut job and the servers anger reflects this daily. Very unorganized and rude people work here. Its easy just ask them something and they will treat you bad. Food is from the 70`s and needs a change. fake flowers are the decor, place needs a douche and some rat traps.

Bianca's in Brunswick. Each and every time I have dined at this fine restaurant, I have never been disappointed.

Service is spot on. Food is especially delicious. Fabulous portions. I love Italian food and this restaurant delivers it all.

Their chicken picata is most and tender, especially delicious is their veal scallopini and a house favorite is their Steak Romano.

Don't hesitate to go and treat yourself to a fantastic Italian dinner without having to travel all the way to Little Italy.

No class for treating customers. Came in for lunch, the food was great...but their credit card machine was not working and they actually had the gaul to ask us to go to an ATM to get cash to pay the balance of our bill rather than let it go.....totally no class and will not ever come back to this place.....really disappointed in the customer service they gave us....really sad. Mind you we only owed 8 dollars of the bill....

Bianca's Restaurant in Brunswick. If you haven't been to Bianca's lately, you haven't been to Bianca's. Their new Chef started in August and worked at the Baricelli Inn in Little Italy. The specials that he features are second to none. I have travelled on business for 30 years and have eaten at some of the finest restaurants in many cities (and countries). The meal I had there last night was in the top ten best I have eaten. It was a veal chop served with Jo Jo potatoes (trust me these were made from fresh potatoes) and steamed vegetables. The plating was absolutely superb. It looked great. Even though they gave me a steak knife I didn't need it. It was tender juicy and spot on perfect seasoning. The potatoes had no resemblance of those nasty Jo Jo potatoes served and cheap pizza places. Hand breaded in an incredible seasoned breading. I normally do not care for steamed vegetables but these were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right to let the natural flavor come out. The chef came out and walked to all the tables to make sure everyone enjoyed the food. I complemented him on the food and he said how he really puts his heart in the specials that he serves. Normally restaurants will run specials to get rid of a protein they have too much of, he does it to out of a sense of passion he has for cooking. You need to go there and try one of the specials.

Decided to give Bianca's a second chance after reading Mimi's Review!. A friend and I decided to dine at Bianca's in brunswick after having had a bad experience there a year ago, this was due to reading a favorable review in Mimi Vanderhavens mag. My date had chicken parmeson that was delicous the side pasta with marinara was not to our liking .The sauce resembled some institutional canned brand . Not quite homemade italian variety. I had Chicken broccoli fettuccini wich was delicous and creamy. pricing was slightly higher than average, and salads were not included in entree. Our server was pleasant , but failed to return with bread and water after offering twice and I requesting once. She offered to comp two drinks as a gesture of good faith, gladly accepted. The atmosphere is casual and cheery. The owner (dressed in striped sweat pants and funky fur collared coat) commented that the service in the industry is just not the same as it used to be. I will travel a little further to Carrie Cerino's for Italian in the future. Happy Holidays!

Absolutely Terrible - don't waste you time.. We will never go back to this restaurant. We had a party of 23 and they knew in advance we were coming. The place was freezing. They scheduled one person to wait on us and that person was also the cook. It took 1 1/2 hrs. just to get our salad. The rest of the restaurant was empty. The owner absolutely did nothing to help. I asked her, why she couldn't have at least helped? She said she was busy in the front dining room. I told her there wasn't anyone in the front dining room because after all that time we got up and looked. I asked her to bring us some bread and she refused saying the waiter/cook (and everything else) was plating our meals now. We were there for 3 cold long hours. Then she put everything on one bill and had one of our girls have to collect the money. She told her to collect such amount from each person. Well that amount didn't add up right because not everyone ordered a beverage and apparently it seemed she was charging everyone for it. It was a disaster and I told her you just lost 23 potential new customers. And she had the nerve to say, no, many people told her it was wonderful. And I told her I sat right here and didn't hear on person say that.

Savey your money and the frustration and go to another GOOD restaurant. The owner does not seem to care about you.

I felt very sorry for the poor one server/cook/everything else and I wonder about how much of that amount we had to pay went to him. It was not his fault and I hope he finds a much better place to work in the future.
