Fans of the stars reach new heights at Cleveland's space place.. The Scene Located on the grounds of NASA Glenn, one of NASA's premier research facilities, NASA Glenn Visitor Center is a real treat for every kid (or grownup) who's ever looked up at the
stars with wonder. Here you can see the Apollo Command Module used on Skylab 3, plus a full-scale replica of the Centaur rocket. You can countdown to a simulated launch in the Launch Control Center. One of Ohio's favorite sons, John Glenn, is well represented, from his first Mercury flight to his recent flight aboard the Space Shuttle.
