At this restaurant you can build your own meal. You pick your own ingredients and the staff cook it for you on a huge grill in front of you. They do little tricks while cooking and make it an all around great dining experience. The prices are a little high and if you are not familiar with the ingredients you can make a yucky dish, but once you get the hang of it, the experience is fun.

Interactive chain lets you select the ingredients and spices, then watch as they are stir fried in front of you.

In Short
Mostly families and groups fill the large dining room at this laid-back, loud and hip restaurant. Colorful walls are decked with funky paintings and posters. Choose from an array of meats, crisp vegetables, oils and spices. Throw it all in a bowl and ask the people at the grill to stir fry it for you. The chefs are armed with swords as their primary cooking utensils and can be as flavorful as the dishes.

A unique place to eat!

I have been here once before and thought it was a unique atmosphere to grab some food at. YOu get to pick your own raw meat, create your own falvor and have it cooked right in front of you! A kind of hibatchi with an american splash! The dress ws casual, jeans and a tee to contemporary, dress shirt and some khakis. An all around interesting place to try once or twice. I'm actually thinking of going there tonite. I'm roughly 30 minutes away from the restaurant so that should say something...

• Pros: Good dining...
• Cons: Surrounded by a densely populated "rough" neighborhood.

Good for lunch!

This place is excellent for lunch....I only recommend to get here by 12:05 to beat the crowd...they have the best sauces for stir fry when compared to other crappy places which call themselves mongolian BBQ.....the single bowl for lunch is more than enough since they also give you tortillas and rice with it....I highly recommend this place if you want to have an office lunch or any other occassion.

• Pros: Wide variety of sauces and spices and best of all seafood!
• Cons: Sometimes the chicken tastes raw...so seafood is the best choice

The Best Meal In Town

How can you go wrong when you create your own unique dish? You start with a bowl and you head to the meat section. You have a choice of beef, chicken, shrimp, lamb, fish, crab meat, crawfish, and others. Then your slide down the line to the veggie and pasta bar. Here you choose what you want to occompany your meat, and then your wisped off to the sauce bar to pick your pleasure in sauces (anything from classic BBQ to SPICY Szechwan to Garlic Garlic) and then you top it off with your choice of ground and fresh spices. Now its time to visit the 8 foot round grill and listen to the comedic chatter between the staff and guests. When you are ready to dig into your scrumptous creation, the table has already been prepared for you with tortilla's and rice to adorn the top of your meal. What more could you ask for? Well that is unless you dont like your meal... but that is no ones fault but your own. AND... you can fix that, go back and start over with something differant. This is the best place in the Cleveland area. My husband and I just love this place and have brought all our friends here and they now take their families there. We all just love it. OO yea, and all the ingrediants are fresh, not precooked! So your getting a top quality experiance!! If you walk out of here hungry and displeased, its no-ones fault but your own!

• Pros: Great food, great service and the comedic staff a definate plus!
• Cons: Noisy, Wait time for table when busy, reservations recommended! Cramped Tables

Not your mother's all you can eat buffet...

And that is exactly what it is... a buffet. Now don't be discouraged by the word "buffet." Yes, you do pick and choose from a variety of different foods, fruits, vegetables and the like, but the experience is all your own. First you start off with an empty bowl and fill it with things like chicken and vegetables, then you choose what type of sauce you want, next you take your concoction up to the grillers... and right infront of your very own eyes they cook it for you. The grillers are always cracking jokes and are of the most entertaining lot. You also have your choice of rice and flour tortillas or both. To top it off, they also have a soup and salad bar. I've been to BD's Mongolian Barbecue many times and everytime I enjoy it... all in all, this place is excellent!

• Pros: Excellent Selection, Entertaining, Fun
• Cons: Parking, A Little Pricey

MONGOLIAN Barbecue

If you read the entire title, you should know not to expect ribs and bbq sauce. This isn't Texas.

This place is incredible. Delicious food, unique atmosphere, but still fun for everyone, even people who don't like to try "unique" foods because you can make your meal with any ingrediants you like!

It really is AWESOME.

FAST, FRESH, ENTERTAINING

Create your own meal and have it cooked on the giant griddle by talented performers. Begin at the soup and salad bar. Then choose your vegetables, meats, fruit, pasta, seasoned or unseasoned oils, sauces, and spices; fill your bowl(s) and present them to the chef at the griddle. With so many choices, you can hardly make a mistake. Be adventuresome! Rice and wraps await you at your table. Vegetarians and meat-eaters both get their fill!

Create your own Masterpiece!

If you have never had the pleasure of eating at a Mongolian BBQ, this is definitely worth a try. BD's has a very fun atmosphere -- the serving staff as well as the grill crew have a great attitude. The food itself is quite good. Have a blast creating your own stir-fry creation by selecting your meat or sea-food, adding in vegetables and/or pasta/ choosing your own oil (from 3 selections) and sauces (more than 10, I recall). Then keep going up and trying new creations! With the wide selection you can create totally different tastes - from hot to mild, sweet to sour. For the price, quality and fun this is one of the best restaraunts for a good time.

This restaurant is great!!!! We have been here several times now and enjoy ourselves every time.

We skip the salad bar and go straight to the buffet

line. The best part is that you can create your own

meal exactly the way you like it. And you can make

different meals every trip to the buffet line. We love

to go here for special occasions like anniversaries

or holidays.
