Out of frustation with my experience I have decided to warn you. This complex is a terrible choice. Downtown is trying to revive, and this place simply doesnt help. The apartments look great in picture but the materials are of terrible quality, the only thick walls are the ones that are part of the original building otherwise you will hear everything in the hallway (and you will be heard). Lots of college students, and they have no limit in parties, trash and behaviour. They accept pets, and although they state a limit amount on wieght, they frquently brake the rule. I had a neighbor with a dog, asfor 3 weeks it barked and barked through the night (the owner was a night shift worker), The walls are thin, so I heard all the barking. Administration did nothing. The pets need to urinate, and since the exit is so far, it is common (daily) you will find urine in the stairs and/or elevator. The administration increased feees to have pets, but instead of cleaning more oftern, or setting better rules, nothing happened and I had to continue to walk in the mined zone. The administration is slow, the maintenance is poor to non-existant. And the desire to improve and make a nice environment for the neighbors is absent. So If you want to live at an expensive place with noise, pets, and terrible administration, this is your place. If not, take any of the other abundant offers that Downtown cleveland revival is trying to offer.
