I have lived in a Metropolitan Management run proprity for the past 3 yrs. in that time I have had nothing but great experiences. My limited amount of problems, witch range from a cloged sink, snow removel by hand i might add, to gardening tips, were meet with speed and quality. I am happy to say that i have found not only a great proprity mgr, but also a friend. Thanks for all u have done for me in the last 3 yrs.

We have had nothing but superior service with Metropolitan Management, if there is ever a problem it is quickly and correctly resolved. Christine and her staff are very helpful and knowledgable and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I gotta give Metropolitan Management props on the apartment I chose. Great location, amazing apartment layout and when it comes to any problems I have, Metropolitan Management has taken care of it. I personally want to thank Christine for taking all my calls and being able to respond to my situations immediately.

I have lived in the Ohio City Tremont area for the last seven years and have had Metropolitan Management as my lanlord at both locations. They will prepare a property for move in and take into consideration your specs, but most important they are there for the renter 24/7. I was once locked out of my building at 3am and the owner arrived fifteen minutes after the call for help with her child in tow. As a single woman I feel comfort in knowing that Metropolitan will respond to my immediate needs.

Don't expect repairs that are promised to be done. Most of the properties are substandard when it comes to plumbing and electricity. If the city were to inspect furnaces and plumbing they would not pass. The company is out to make money and there is nothiong energy effecient, appliances or windows. Take pictures when you move in and save them, make sure you ahve renters insurance so when pipes burst or the roof leaks you can get some of the money back. The maintance persons are barely trained and have no idea how to clean up after themselves
