I am a HUGE fan of M.A.C from the West coast and I recently moved to the Cleveland area. I was so ecstatic to find a M.A.C boutique only minutes away from my apartment. The store is small and the makeup application that I received was really lacking. To start I don't think the manager, Paula, knew how to find my base. I'm really picky about foundations and she kept trying to sell me a tinted moisturizer even after I explained my need for more coverage. She definitely did the cute "4-quad color" eye shadow thing on me but being from So Cal I was looking for something a bit more creative and a lot less sales-driven. I definitely will go back to shop, but only so I can do my makeup myself.
Pros: great lipsticks and eye shadows
Cons: poor customer service, uncreative staff
