This club has it all. It has the best equipment, a highly trained, professional, college educated fitness staff. The personal trainers are excellent and the reception staff is welcoming. This place offers classes upon classes and it the attention to hygiene is amazing. Those wanting a great place to work out with the fear of fitness and body image need to check Lifeworks out. The members run the gamut, from fat and out of shape to superfit and beautiful. Check out Lifeworks, you won't be disappointed.
Pros: Staff, Free parking, value
Cons: too few courts
