Wow, ya know I am not the kind of person to write in to one of these things but, I had the same problem with Howard. The first time I came in to meet with him, I waited in his office for over a half hour before he came in... Then I waited even longer for him to get organized and ready to talk.
It's not that he's not a nice guy, he's just not real organized. And he never would return my calls or email's asking about my case. I never knew what was going on!!
It stinks having to get a lawyer, it really stinks when you feel you made the wrong decision.
- Pros: Nice guy
- Cons: Bad work ethics

LAZY_UNRELIABLE_ DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!
A friend and I recently hired Howard Skolnick to handle our auto accident case. He is HORRIBLE!!!
When we went to his office he spent 90% of his time walking around and talking to his dog. ( Which he keeps in his office, who drooled all over my $400 Coach purse.) He LIED about when he recieved the bills from our hospital and chiropractic care.I could go on and on about how I wish I would have looked into this guy before i went to him, I just hope that maybe I can save someone from the torment i've had to go through.
- Cons: Never returned calls or e-mails... Doesn't keep you updated on your case!!!!!!!!
