I went to Al Nola's after reading about him in the newspaper, that he could make custom changes to shoes. I had 3 pairs of shoes repaired, and visited the shop about 5 times. On all occasions the staff was very pleasant and parking was right in front of the store. I had a pair of loafers re-stitched, a favorite pair of heels repaired, and most importantly, he was able to make a modification to my wedding shoes. I was nervous about having anybody touch these, but they no longer fit. He was able to add a strap and match the leather, and now they are perfect! Overall I was very impressed. Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent! I will go back.

Fantastic customer service, very polite and very courteous. I took a jacket up and they were able to repair the zipper im so happy !!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED OF A SERVICE TYPE BUSINESS. AFTER MY SHOES WERE RUINED I WAS THEN INSULTED BY THE OWNER
Pros: CANT SAY ONE NICE THING
Cons: BAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDES
