The waitress and waiters in this restaurant are very friendly. They welcome you and open the door for you when you enter and quitely fill your water and ask everything is OK. Good steak and bread.

I dont eat steak that often but when i had a craving for steak last night I decided to go to Longhorn on Rockside (independence) And Let me tell you when I say good I mean SOOOOO Good!! The steak was like butter it melted in my mouth, it was flavorful, perfectly seasoned and just enough! I would recommend Longhorn to everyone for a great steak

• Pros: Best steak ever!
• Cons: my sever was kinda rushy

National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting.

One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.
