Most of the girls are great and the haircuts are usually good. Color and highlights usually good. The girl that answers phones needs to try to act busy. When there is nothing for her to do she talks on her cell phone. She sits in the salon seats and stares at the people getting their hair done. I am not sure how relaxing of an atmosphere that is. I can't believe that girl gets paid to roam around and do basically nothing but socialize.
