very good customer service, they know their lines very well, and can pick something specific for your personality and body type. They have very fun classic, but fashionable clothing with lines like Diane Von Furstenburg, Sweet pea, Rock and Republic and so much more!

Not only are you given an excellent selection of the last trends, perfect basics, and "must haves", but Lush provides a refreshing shopping experience, in the fashion dry city of Cleveland. The sales staff is both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a shopper/admirer of Lush for many years, however I am always pleased by the shopping experience delivered by this very unique and stylish boutique.

i love jeans and wear them everyday! Im always looking for the newest and most amzing jeans that are comfortable and yet still fashionable that fit my body perfect. When I go to Lush they are so helpful and know exactly what to pull for my body type. If your looking for jeans go to Lush!!!!!

Such a great shop; a gem for Cleveland! I have been a loyal shopper at Lush since they opened at Shaker Square. I travel a lot for work, to some of the best shopping cities, and I have to honestly say that I find all of my best pieces at Lush. The buyers have a great eye! I realIy like that can shop the latest trends AND spend my money right here in Cleveland! Is it true that they are moving to Eton Collection?
Pros: Selection, High Turnover, Reasonably Priced, Service, Harley the Dog

I have lived in Cleveland for four years and have yet to find better shopping! Lush is the greatest store ever and I love all of their clothes and their customer service is exceptional. The girls there will do anything to help you find the cutest outfit for any occasion! I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone!

Having lived in NYC and LA I can honestly say that Lush Boutique is up there with Fred Segal and Scoop for hot, trendy and fun clothing. The owners of the store are spot on with the styles of the season and they always carry the newest freshest lines. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Lush Boutique to everyone…you will love it!!!!!

I love this Boutique! I travel across town just to shop there. I always know I will find something unique, trendy, classic. In fact.. I rarely shop anywhere else.

For the first time since I moved here, I feel like I'm in a cool urban boutique. The clothes may be for the most part WAY too current (arguabley bordering on dated), but the sales, the quantity of the selection, and the nice salelady make it worth checking out and going back. The store is decorated very cutely, and the entire inventory actually seems to change every time i go in. A high-water mark in Ohio stores, for certain.
