I had no idea what to expect when I made my appointment. I had looked into some other spa's on the internet but all of them seemed a little to commercial. When Spa Bellamara didn't have a web site it made me curious. When I walked in to the Spa it was intimate and personal. The atmosphere from the door was relaxing and inviting. The service that I received was like none other. The women were very polite, personable, kind, and made sure that I was comfortable. I would go there again and would recommend it for anyone who wants quality service for a reasonable price.

I found Spa Bellamara by chance. We were living in a corporate apartment in the complex where Spa Bella mara is located. I wandered in one day with my toddler to inquire about late appointments. Shauna was willing to see me after hours so I could come when my husband got home from work. One facial later, I was hooked. I have had problem skin since my college years and I have had all kinds of dermatological treatment. After a few visits with Shauna, my skin has never looked better. It looks better now at 37 than when I was 27. I make it a point to get a facial every couple of months. Shauna also shapes my eyebrows and they look wonderful. I now make the 25 minute frive from my house to see Shauna every few weeks because she is that good. I highly recommend Spa Bellamara. You won't be disappointed.

I found Spa Bellamara through City Search, as my decisions are usually based on customer reviews. I was really impressed with the feedback of other customers, so I decided to book a consultation, for there were a few things I needed help with. What I found when I arrived, was more than I had hoped for. The staff was warm and welcoming, and treated me as if they'd known me for years. It was such a relaxing atmosphere and the advice I sought, was given to me in an educated response, and I truly felt that my best interests (not my pocket book) were in mind. The services I have recieved, such as brow shaping and facials have surpassed any service I have recived at any other location. The importance of skin care and personal satisfaction is of high value to Spa Bellamara, and the results prove that point. I hope my short review can help convince others considering Spa Bellamara, the experience is top notch, the service is tentative and personal and the staff is caring and encouraging. I will never consider another spa in the Cleveland area!

Pros: Relaxing environment, educating and caring staff, extra special attention to detail.

Cons: Absolutely none what-so-ever!

I have been to Spa Bellmara for more than 6 months. It has been a most relaxing and rejuvenating experieince. The owners are accommodating and friendly and you never feel rushed. They provide you with a European setting that is beautifully designed . Their care and knowledge of their services are amazing and their productsthat they offer. They want you to feel good about yourself and you absolutely will see improvements in your skin.

Spa Bellamara is located in an unlikely place (within the retail space of an apartment complex in Beachwood), but I highly recommend it for any Spa services. My eyebrows had been badly treated from a waxing at a previous establishment. Shawna meticulously reshaped them, hair by hair, and today they are back to being lush and pretty. I recommend Spa Bellamara for its caring atmosphere, its attention to every detail, and its luxurious touches. The prices are reasonable, and they treat their clients like family. The ladies there have a special gift for re-energizing you with their touch and care.

Pros: they never rush things. They always take their time to get everything just right

Cons: Call to get directions if you are unfamiliar with the area.

I have been to this spa twice and tend to be a monthly regular if I can help it. I crave the 'place' that this spa takes me. It has the most beautiful environment and is meticulously clean and sanitary without being clinical. This by far, has been my best spa experience ever. I have told Shawna that I feel the love coming from her hands. She and Lana have 'gifts' and you feel them in the way they perform the therapies. They care so much for your wellness during the experience. They want feedback and will always accomodate you to achieve what you set out to do ,within the visit. It's as if you are in Europe and you are the only person that matters while you are there. From the moment you walk in ,you are greeted by Fred, Shawna or Lana and no matter what you are having done, it will be wonderful. I went the first time ,during a very stressful time of personal hardship and I felt such a sense of hope and possibility when I walked out, it was by far exactly what I needed. I felt happiness and appreciation that a fellow human being could make one feel so much better. The types of treatments they offer are the kinds that do the most for you and utilize quality oils, and products. They respect you and never 'push' anything on you. They offer suggestions when asked. They will work with you on scheduling and the never be mad if you have to re-schedule. This is a small slice of heaven in the hussle and bussle of the traffic. I truly encourage a visit, you will see what I mean.

Spa Bellamara offers detailed and wonderful facials and massages. They are very meticulous about customer comfort and relaxation. I've noticed with the facials I've had over the last year, that they keep trying new things to make the experience even more luxurious and enjoyable. It is a caring and friendly atmosphere. You are completely pampered and you never feel rushed or as if a timer is running. They give great tips for proper skin care. They are very accomodating and flexible with their schedule. The prices are definitely reasonable. I love the service and personal attention at Spa Bellamara!

If you like pampering, then go to Spa Bellamara. I love the service and the European atmosphere. You will feel as if you are on vacation or somewhere else other than Cleveland. But most of all, the service can not be beat (no matter where you go). I recommed the La Crema Facial Treatment and the brows. The facial treatment is so relaxing and my skin has never looked better! It is the best of both worlds: relaxation and pampering with skin rejuvenation. I also love my brows. When I came to the spa, my brows were uneven and didn't look very nice. Now, with Shana's help, they are even and beautifully suit my face (with no pencil needed). If you like honest, custom care with pampering, then I recommend Spa Bellamara.

Walking through the door at Spa Bellamara takes you to a place where you instantly feel like you have your own private spa. You are offered tea and a treat, fawned over, and offered a choice of treatment that will not only fill your soul, but fill you with beauty from the inside out. I used to wake up every morning wondering how I would look facing the world that day. Even as a young professional at 27 I still had to worry about covering up blemishes, but because of the expert care at Spa Bellamara, that weight has been lifted. I was recently invited to a ball and absentmindedly forgot my cover up and powder for my face. But because I have been getting facials that were specifically tailored for me, I had the confidence to sit at the head table of the ball sans make up. I absolutely love it at Spa Bellamara, the team there makes me feel like I am just an old friend. They make my life easier by offering appointments and services that work for me. I have been to a lot of different spas all over the country and most of the facialists are pressured to use the products that are offered by that spa, not the ones that are best for me. Spa Bellamara uses what is best for me by continually searching for the best facial care products available. I mean the name just says it all, you feel like a beauty by the sea when you are there!

Finally after being in almost every spa in Cleveland, I have found my “HOME.” Spa Bellamara is the place I look forward to going to. After going to countless spas and being disappointed with going back and not feeling important to them, I can reassure you that your experience at Spa Bellamara will be different. The staff makes you feel relaxed, important, and welcome. This is what I had been looking for in a spa, for so long. Check out Spa Bellamara in Beachwood, I know you will be satisfied!
