The company is very effective and the customer service is truly helpful. They guided our company through the entire process and answered all quetions. They provided more help then you would ever expect.

My company and i just got done working with Info telis and it was a great success. They're truly helpful in the telephone industry. They took us through the process step by step, and the customer service was excellent. They made the entire process easy and worth the experience. They offer many products that will suit any sort of small of medium size business. We thought that this would have been a long and demanding project, but with info telis, they made the transition very smooth.

The people at this company are down to earth and extremely personal...I even went out for a bite with one of the account execs weeks after installation. As far as the service goes, the phone quality is excellent and the High Definition phones are phenomenal. Nobody knows the difference that we have switched to business IP technology. The business value from the features and functionality alone is tremendous, not to mention the super low rates. Great for small businesses looking to expand, you can add personnel without any extra setup fees or equipment. Fantastic people over at InfoTelis

Super personal customer service, great business product. My business productivity has increased tremendously. We have sales people out on the road all of the time and the Find-Me-Follow-Me feature allows them to be reached regardless of what phone the call comes into. Plus, nobody knows if they are at their desks or not. that feature alone is worth every penny
Pros: Super features, great phone quality, super cheap local and Long distance
Cons: none yet :)
