I am a band promoter and I had a band in from Los Angeles. The concert evening started off really bad with some technical difficulties that set us back and made us late for our 8:00 dinner reservation at Ferris Steak House. We arrived for dinner at Ferris at 8:45, and we had to eat dinner quickly so we could get back for the performance by 10:00. I am not sure whether the man that took care of us was the owner or the Manager, but what a great guy!! I could not believe the service we had that evening. Most restaurants on a Saturday night would not even serve a party of (11) 45 minutes late, but these people not only served us but rushed to get everything done in 1 hour. I was amazed at how well and experienced our server was, and all the meals were cooked PERFECT!!! I had the petite filet mignon and it was the best I've ever had. There is no way no how anyone could ever say this restaurant has bad food. They are mixed up with another place. Please take my word. This place is 5 star, and the best steak house in Cleveland. I am very anxious to go back there and enjoy another terrific steak dinner.
Pros: Absolutely nothing bad to say.
Cons: Great service, friendly people, cozy atmosphere, and great food.
