Yum Yum!

Absolutely wonderful! Great food! Had a Polish Girl which is a polish dog with shoulder meat piled on top and then coleslaw on top of that!!! Served with fries. Service was great! Ladies greeted us at the door and showed us where to sit. Very helpful explaining menu. Like I already said the food was fantastic and I would definitely go back & eat again!!

Man hot sauce is the Sht*t. you just got to know what to order and how. A some of these reviews don't listen too...you got to behave yourself and not expect a freacking fast food joint...listening to some of these reviews p*ss me off, these people are from the suburbs and never eat at church's chicken and never heard of Peter Pan's...just take your a**es to the colonel.

TERRIBLE!!!

I went there because i saw it on Man V. food and adam said it was amazing... False. I got a polish boy and it was nothing like he said it was. The "taste of cleveland" tasted like crap. the service was also really bad and the place was very dirty. but if you like waiting in line for like an hour just to get bad service and not that great food then this is your store but i dont recomend it to anybody.

we heard nothing but good things about this place. we drove all the way from the west side to eat here. we're not judgmental or snooty people, but holy crap, the service was absolutely terrible.

we ordered our food and had to repeat it to the people working there about 3 times in order for them to get it correctly. keep in mind nothing was special ordered, just right off the menu. we waited 25 minutes for our food, we only had one sandwich and 3 side dishes already prepared. when my boyfriend brought the food back to the table, they forgot my diet coke. he stood there for another 15 minutes waiting for my diet coke (this is NO exaggeration). we finally sat down to eat to find ONE napkin in the bag (keep in mind this is a BBQ restaurant) and we had our 3 year old with us.

the place was dirty, the tablecloth was not clean, the chairs were sticky and the staff was loud and generally speaking, i would never go there again. the only thing decent about this place was the poor girl at the cash register that kept getting screamed at by the cooks in the back. the food is NOT worth the god awful service.

Good Chicken, HORRIBLE CUSTMOR SERVICE!

I came from out of town and went there to eat and the chicken is really good. I have not tried anything else. The women bathroom was out of order, there is no menu in visible view, you have too pick up a piece of paper. The customer service was horrible. We went through the drive thru and waited 15 min. for our food to be brought out. She came to one of our cars and said here's your food and not say what the order was. There were 2 items missing of the order and her attitude was so funky as if she didn't want to be there. I got out the car because it was taking so long and as I was going in she came out with bags and I asked her was this our food and she said "I don't know what car you are in and with a nasty attitude". I told her she needs to get another job that is not in customer service. It's not the cleanest inside which is why I don't go in but the food that I've had so far was good. The service that is given to the public reflects the owners/managers of HSW.

It sad because the place has potential but ruined by bad and rude service. The food is only average. Check out Bubba Q in Avon instead.

very over rated. the day i was there my ribs were cooked in an oven not out side on the pit..... i spent 38 dollars on ribs.......... i was so mad when i got home with these.... i could have made ribs at home if i wanted this taste. would not recomend

I'm a girl who's constantly on the go, but i'll always make time for good food if there is affordable prices and rapid service. At Hot Sauce Williams I've found just that. Hot Sauce is cozy enough to dine in with thier pink and blue decor while finishing homework, yet speedy enough to get take out in between classes. They also have call in orders to make the process even faster. The cashiers are always helpful, down to earth, and nice; the food is even better. The sauce is different, and in a catagory all of it's own. It so good I've put it on everything from tender ribs, to cheesy macaroni and cheese. It goes equally well on fries, fish, and chicken. I don't have a favorite food because " it' all good".

Sunday dinner is the best especially because your expected to dine in and your served on fine china by friendly waitresses. Every week there is something new on the menu, which adds to the already long list to choose from. Its especially clean and the pink and blue decor is most inviting. They just added breakfast from 6- 11, where they make the best homemade waffles. The deserts are to die for. The ribs are grilled fresh everyday on site. The wings are golden. The fries are crisp. The mac is cheesy AND THE SAUCE IS ON POINT!!!!!!!!!!

• Cons: You can't help but eat too much.
