This is a relatively authentic Chinese restaurant and as a result the food will not taste good to people who are used to Americanized Chinese food. We tried two meals, an appetizer, and soup. Everything was subpar and we could not stomach the meals. They had a very unappealing consistency and an general "fishy" smell and aftertaste, even on noodles. Basically, know what you are getting into if you go here. The restaurant itself is very ugly inside and has some filthy aquariums, some of which do not appear to work. There was an old man in the corner cutting green beans and coughing/sneezing on the food. The staff was huddled in the corner and was not attentive or helpful. If you like "normal" Chinese food, try China Sea on W 6th or Playhouse Square.
