I wish to add something from a male perspective. I've been Brigitte's client for over 20 years, and haven't even thought of going anywhere else. Once you're in her chair, she is totally focused on you and your satisfaction. Sometimes I think she is a little too particular about her hair-cuts, which is a good thing. Not only is she precise with her shears, I will admit she colors my hair now. She's so good, nobody can tell that it's not mine. It matches my coloring perfectly!

This could be a multi-operator World Class Salon. Brigitte could easliy run a Paris or New York salon. But she is happy to be on her own in Cleveland and on Playhouse Square.

Book early, she's very busy because she does everything by herself.

Great place for a hair cut

I just returned from Brigitte's after being there the first time. Just wonderful!! The first comments I heard from some fellow residents was, "You look 10 years younger." Brigitte cuts hair to complement your face and I think that makes a big difference. Everyone can copy a cut, but can they make it so that it looks good on you??

Also, she has you use a smog which is really great because if you working afterwards or are going out somewhere, you don't have to worry about being itchy.

She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about hair styling and hair care. Great place to get your hair done!!

Personal European service!

I have been coming to Brigitte for more than 20 years, and would not think of going to see anybody else. She is simply the best in her profession. She provides personal Eurpoean-trained service. When you are in her chair, you leave your troubles outside her door. You get her undivided attention, precise and creative hair cuts, and superb color service. She also carries a nice line of hair-care and skin-care products. Simply said, she is worth your time.

• Pros: Convenient Playhouse Square location and best service in downtown.
• Cons: One- woman show

The best haircuts!

I'm from Cleveland but have lived in NYC for 21 years. Although I have a regular hairdresser in NY, I still make an appointment to see Brigitte whenever I'm in Cleveland. She is simply the best!!
