Great brow wax, rude front desk

The brow waxes are great! perfectly arched brows every time. The front desk is, however, not the best. They act put out by having to check you in or check you out. They are usually on the phone and I have to wait to check in or pay. I'm never greeted with a smile or a friendly hello. Also, usually when I call I am put on hold.
