College students flock for Mexican cuisine at the family-friendly restaurant that offers inexpensive dishes and fast service.
I drive from Pittsburgh to go here.

The best burrito place around. I plan my trips to Cleveland around going here. Try the grilled veggies and smokin' salsa.
- Pros: Excellent Food. Friendly, Nice, fun area. A+++++
- Cons: None

Que Tal is a great place to get food at for a good, cheap price. this a good, family oriented place. it is also good for small parties and celebrations. if you like mexican food and Burritos, then this is the place for you to go!
- Pros: Amazing food, Great Price, Good Service
- Cons: None, None, None
Terrible Manager
by maria1528
Got our whole order wrong (3 out of 3 items); manager refused to make it right; accused of lying! Will never return!

Outstanding!!

I too am a West-sider who wishes everday that there was a Que Tal over here. The food is awesome and the nachos have real melted cheese (finally!!), not that cheese sauce stuff (yuck). The burritos are the size of Volkswagons and the salsa is the freshest and tastiest around. Suffice it to say that you won't leave w/ an empty belly or wallet. I could do w/ the music turned down a touch though - it's all tile so the sounds/music really reverberates in there.
- Pros: great food, friendly staff, takes debit cards
- Cons: , only on the east side
BURRITOS!
by diabolique21_82
I was living in Cleveland for a short time and I just happened to come across que tal. I recommend the Build Your Own Burrito option because they add extra everything for NO CHARGE. The other cool part about the Que Tal in Coventry is that it's surrounded by all these other little cool shops that are worth checking out.
- Pros: great food, cheap, good environment
- Cons: , expensive beer, loud music
go for the burritos
by stef_
The menu is small enough to be listed on the wall, so this isn't really an elaborate home-style Mexican place. Except for the burritos, which are awesome. The larges are as big as your head, but the smalls are just enough for someone who's eaten in the last two days. There are tacos and quesadillas too, but as the signs on the windows proclaim, most people come here only to: EAT BURRITOS!
I'm a big fan of the frozen rice milk drink and lemonade, too. Freshly made, they're a tasty treat to go with a big burrito and lots of hot sauce.
- Pros: good food, quick service, fresh
- Cons: open dining area
Que Tal: King of Burritos

Gotta give it up for Que Tal. Chipotle is good-- excellent in fact-- but it is disappointing that certain malicious individuals seek to tear down Que Tal from the top. I'm talking about you, Bo Schuerman!
Best Mexican in Cleveland!
by mandyhello
This is BY FAR my favorite restaurant in Cleveland! The atmosphere is great, it's fast, and the food is amazing. They make all their salsa homemade (try the Habanero if you dare, it's delicious :), and there's a huge amount of variety.
- Pros: Food, Service, Diverse Menu
- Cons: Parkins is difficult
This place is hardcore...
by cazort
This is the only restaurant I've ever been to in the midwest in which I have actually ordered something with hot sauce and had it actually be hot. It was quite good.
This place is simple, and it has all the good stuff that most "cheap" mexican places don't--fresh cilantro, lime juice, and a hot salsa made out of tomatillos. It's hard to find this stuff in this part of the country!
- Pros: Excellent Food, Hot and Spicy, Everything Very Fresh
- Cons: Bad Location, Could be Cheaper, Little Selection
