Parnell's is superb! A blast of a meeting place for Carroll alumni and students after football and rugby games. And as for Cleveland's hotspot for world cup action, there's nothing like watching it with a few boys from the old country! Come here to hang in the 'hood and have a plesently relaxing evening!
Pros: good parking, good humour, delicious selection
Cons: tiny bathroom
