After my experience with this Office Max, I will NOT EVER buy ANYTHING from them or any of their stores AGAIN! They made promises they could not keep! Their representatives are uninformed, unhelpful and unfriendly. They told me that my order would be processed the same day I made it; it was not processed until the following day. They said my order would be delivered the next day; it was not delivered at all. They are untrustworthy, undependable and unreliable. If you depend on them, they will make your business look bad!
