Yes, the staff can be kind of rude, but I found the selection here to be better than almost any store I've tried in Cleveland. Some of the clothes could be considered "dated", but there's a lot of unique items, too. I found a scarf there that I just LOVE, and I still wear it all the time. Complaints about the pricing may be true considering what you're getting, but it's saving you a trip to NYC!
