I have stopped in this store several times and never has any salesperson acknowledged my presence. "Great customer service", a simple hello or goodbye would have been acceptable. I shop a ton in Cleveland and like to see all that it has to offer. I stopped in recently to find some cute new things for summer but all I could find were things for my 14 year old niece or perhaps my grandmother. What happened to everyone in between, the fashionable customer?...
Pros: Convenient location, parking
Cons: Clothing selection dated, customer service

I think that knuth shoes had a small selection of shoes and they were all highly priced. They do have a wide variety of clothes and accessories, both expensive. However knuth is known for thier unbelievable sales, such as but one item for 50% off and the next is $1, it is during these sales that I buy the most. The staff was both knowledgable and friendly and overall my knuth expierence was pleasent, however being a middle class citizen i found i prefer stores with more reasonabley priced items.
Pros: atmosphere, staff and overall feel
Cons: Expensive

The clothes, accessories and shoes are great, but expect to spend money in this store unless you go to their terrific sales. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist in any way they can. All of my shopping experiences in this store have been positive. If you want quality, high-end fashion, shop at Knuth's.
Pros: Quality. Keeps up with the latest trends.
Cons: Perhaps a few less expensive clothes.

Like the selection and much friendlier staff than some other boutiques. I come here often and always have a pleasant experience.
