There were 2 waitresses handling about 6 tabels sounds like good service right. Not the case, everything took for ever. Sat down waited about 15 mins for menus and drinks, looked at the menu, waited about 20 mins for waitress to come back to take orders. Had to get up and go to the bar to get more drinks since we didnt see the waitress for about 1/2 hour. Then the bartender had to find our waitress to tell her the food was ready for a while and then she didnt even bring it out the bartender did. " I am sorry about this she said" The order was screwed up even though we repeated things three times to the waitress. All the customers in there were talking about the service and how bad it was. I have been going to the Jigsaw for years and have had bad service there many times. The atmosphere, and draft selections are great, great music and the best free popcorn in the city. TIP for management, get some servers that care about their job and customers or you will not have any.

Cons: SERVICE!!!!!
