I am so glad that I decided to try this store out once again after I heard there where new owners. WOW! They are so friendly and helpful it was so refreshing, I have had some of the worst experiences with the old owner that I was anxious anytime I went in there and only did because it was convenient and a last resort. That is no longer the case, it is an easy and pleasant process to bring things in to sell, they have even told us "Thank you for bringing in the toys!" my son really appreciated that. I was also fortunate enough to sign up for their FREE parents club card that gives me a discount everytime I shop and emails about events. Let me tell you about the kick off event they had, a 20.00 bag sale they gave us 2 bags each and if you could fill them (which I could no problem) then you got to pay just 40.00 for 2 big bags of clothes that could be worth over 200.00! WOW! They really know how to host an event, it was fun and not crazy! Now I watch for new emails frome them on any news about the deals they have going on. I would just love to say THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! Our family really appreciates such a nice family taking over this resale shop! Thomas Family

Pros: Great Customer Service and Location

Cons: I wish it was twice as big so I could find even more deals!

About 2 months ago, my wife and I became the new owners of this business. I'd like to personally invite the customer who experienced poor customer service last year, prior to our ownership, back to give us a second chance. My wife and I, along with our new staff, all focus primarily on excellent customer service. Please call me (Rich) at the store (440) 572-3002 to arrange for a personal invite, or please stop back without prior notice to test us. If for any reason your experience isnt top notch, I want to hear from you. Thank you in advance.

I was a little scared to try this store out at first, after reading that horrible review. But my husband and I went anyways because we really needed a high chair. The women working were SO nice, and helped us figure out how to raise and lower the high chair and whatnot. They are under new ownership, and they are great! Definitely will be going again! I have been going to Neverending Child for over 6 years, since my first daughter was born. I was really surprised to read the first review about poor customer service as that was never my experience in the store. The owner was always friendly and courteous, even entertaining my daughter in the play area while I shopped. I found the amount paid for the items I brought in to sell very fair - and a lot less hassle than doing a garage sale. You actually get paid cash right away - it is not on consignment. They are choosy about what they will take, though - inspecting each and every item. The store is always packed with stuff - but everything seems neat and clean, well organized. the prices are good - most clothing is between $3 and $5. I can always find something to buy. People are always suprised to know that my kids' outfits came from resale shops. Out of all the resale shops I have been to in the area, this is my fav. Hoewever, I found out during my last visit that it has a new owner now. From what I could see, though, everything was still really clean and neat and there was still a good selection.

Went to Neverending Child on friday to sell and buy items. When i first walked in the door, i was greeted with a "huff", and a frown. Ignoring, i continued to browse with my son. It was obvious throughout this visit we were irritating the lady working that day (she claims she's the owner, which makes matters so much worse). Never did get her name, and wish i did. Making a long story short, i confronted her about her attitude, which mind you, i am NOT a confrontationalist, but her actions made me step up and say something. Our conversation ended with her, the owner saying "Im NOT in the mood for you today", and tossing my clothes on the floor. Now, ive been in the customer service industry for 20 years, and would get fired in a heartbeat for even coming close to her actions, so since she wouldnt give me a number to call and report her, im gonna do the next best thing and spread the word about her awful so-called professionalism. Please please please drive 15 minutes either direction, and tryout Childrens Orchard in Brunswick, Munchkins closet in Medina, or Once Upon a Child in Westlake, just to name a few. Keep in mind i am NOT one to rant and rave-everyone deserves a bad day, but this lady far surpassed her limits.

Pros: center of town

Cons: feeling you're not welcome in the store.
