Still On Hold

I have been trying to schedule an appointment all day...they answer the phone and immediatly place you on hold. I do not mind holding but not for more than 3-5 minutes. I have placed 5 calls TODAY to schedule an appointment (because of a friends referral) the latest hold time was 8 minutes and 37 seconds...I do have a job to do I cannot be on hold all day. After all of that I still do not have an appointment!!!! AARRRGGGHH!
